We have a fully networked and integrated CAD CAM controlled machining facility offering true 3D milling together with auto bar fed turning complete with C axis live tooling. Our maximum C.N.C. spindle capacity is 106mm with a centre distance of 3000mm.
C.N.C. Laser Profiling
We are able to offer high quality laser cut and formed components to suit our customers most exacting specifications.
Complex patterns and shapes can be cut with minimal distortion.
3D Design Facilities
Our design engineers can produce fully detailed 3D manufacturing drawings, full walk through factory layouts and produce animated mpeg files which can be used to demonstrate full machine functionality.
