C.N.C. Machining
We have a fully networked and integrated CAD CAM controlled machining facility offering true 3D milling together with auto bar fed turning complete with C axis live tooling. Our maximum C.N.C. spindle capacity is 106mm with a centre distance of 3000mm.
C.N.C. Laser Profiling and Bending
We are able to offer high quality laser cut and formed components to suit the customers most exacting specifications, with a laser beam width of only 0.2 mm, coupled with the high forming accuracy of .25 degree over 4,000 mm we are able to cut and form to a high tolerance with close nesting of components to minimise material wastage
Complex patterns and shapes can be cut with minimal distortion in mild steel to a thickness of up to 25 mm and stainless steel up to 20 mm. The laser cutting process will provide a high quality finish that requires no further work.
Our in house design and programming facilities ensure that all components can be offered on a rapid turn round basis.
