Every vibrator is individually designed and manufactured ensuring that the customer gets the machine that is the most suited for the specific duty and not a compromise from a standard product range.

Quick release screen holding toggles fitted to the feeder depicted ensures that the screens are both positively located and quick to release.With side mounted drive units, the pan depth can be kept to a minimum.

The unit depicted on the right above was designed to grade three distinct sizes of product with oversize off the end. Where possible an adjustable screen assembly is used to provide the customer with their own means of grade adjustment.

Conveyors and elevators have been produced to suit many specialised products in many industries. Each unit produced is specifically designed to suit its particular duty. Conveyors can be designed with a wide range of belts and fitted with a quick tension release device’s which enables fast belt changers and clean downs.

Due to our new laser facilities we are now able to construct box conveyors which assist to reduce construction times as well as making them easy to disassemble and move.
