Continuous enrobing systems

Enrobing systems are both designed and built to suit the customers most exacting requirements. The four continuous curtain assembly featured is typical of our standard construction, the product development unit depicted left features a fully adjustable weir and dip section to suit various products and sauces.

Specialised enrobing systems can be built with heated and jacketed holding tanks, integral filters and adjustable motorised hold down assemblies. Such arrangements can provide a variable liquid level for partial enrobing.

Continuous product chilling

Modular constructed continuous air chilling units can be designed to suit individual customer plant layouts. The tunnels can be supplied with a wide range of product transport belts. The design allows easy operator access to the evaporator coil and fan sets to meet the most demanding hygiene requirements.

Continuous vodka chilling

This vodka chilling unit is able to store six vodka flavours. It will chill each flavour to – 4 oC whilst stirring the mixture at preset times maintaining a thorough dispersal of the flavours.

Attention to detail can be seen on the drip trays which have been laser cut and on the banner which has been specially finished to incorporate the customers logo.

This unit is self contained, its only requirement being a mains power supply. Temperature and stirring times can be adjusted to suit specific requirements.
