45° pressure cooking units

Designed specifically for the shellfish industry, the all stainless steel 45 degree vessels have very few moving parts that can be effected by the very harsh and abrasive products processed.

The vessels can be supplied individually or gang mounted. The vessel is designed and manufactured in accordance with BS5500 cat 1 with the overall assembly conforming to the current European directives.

As with other autoclaves in our range the units are computer controlled to provide a wide range of product cooking Parameters.
