Designed
and constructed to BS 5500 Category 1. The single vessel shown would
process approximately 1,800 kg per hour based upon a nominal 5 minute cycle.
The 4,000 kg
per hour double head crushing unit would be supplied complete with an
integral high pressure pump and shell/meat
discharge vibrator.
Meat leaving the separating
unit would pass through the cleaning
unit (right) and be subjected to both a
light abrasive
action and high pressure water sprays.
Situated prior to the final
inspection belt the fines removal & sizing vibrator
would eliminate the requirement to hand pick smaller than
product debris.
