Tray washing systems

This two lane tray washing unit is manually loaded and incorporates a rotary cleaning stage, three washing and two drying stages. This machine has been designed to comply with pharmaceutical standards.

The first two washing stages uses recycled water and the third rinse stage uses fresh water, it will heat and maintain water to 60 oC.The final section incorporates hot air blower and air knives to help dry the trays. The water system is continually filtered, and all sections of the pipe work in this unit can be dismantled for cleaning purposes.

Special one-off machines such as the high pressure scallop shell washing unit pictured above are designed to suit extreme operating environments.

Continuous washing equipment

Many fragile products are washed on our aerated continuous wash units. Units have been designed to wash products such as seaweed, shellfish meats, lettuce and various fruits.

The cockle/mussel meat washing unit shown left was supplied with a water circulation pump and filter assembly.
